Human Resources Audits/Strategy

Knowing how well your human resource practices align with your organization’s strategies, needs and regulatory requirements is the focus of an HR audit. Audits can provide an overall evaluation of strengths and opportunities for improvement or focus on specific areas of concern. All Audit projects are carefully structured to deliver actionable recommendations.

In collaboration with Pareto Consulting, a robust planning and implementation methodology is applied to move from needs and priorities to measurable results.

Effectively communicating important initiatives, including fundamental organizational changes like mergers or acquisitions or new benefit programs, is crucial for employee engagement and successful transition. In collaboration with the Londino Group, a broad range of communications support is offered, including:

• Communications planning
• Employee focus groups
• Executive and management communications, including key messages, speeches and presentations
• Employee communication, including announcement letters, newsletters and FAQs
• Policy development

Workplace Investigations

There are times when it is advisable to bring in an outside consultant to conduct an internal investigation because of the sensitivity of the situation or lack of available internal resources.

All investigations are done under the direction of in-house or outside counsel to properly frame the issues and process.
